Sometimes we travel through life thinking this is how it will be, all good, ups and downs of course, but never having something that will totally change your journey or path for the rest of your life.

At the age of 49, approaching my 50th birthday, life couldn’t have been better. I have raised 2 wonderful boys and have 2 awesome grandchildren. I have always tackled my birthdays with wanting to be healthier and thinner. I didn’t want to be fat in my thirties, or forties (weight has always been a challenge for me even though I have always lead a very active life) so I was ready to be content in my fifties with a whole new look on being happy with my body, accepting me as the woman God made me.
